MARYLAND BLACK BEARS HOTEL POLICY

The Maryland Black Bears are fortunate to have community support and corporate sponsors. The hotels listed are corporate sponsors of the Black Bears and as a condition of being accepted to Black Bears Camps,  players (local or traveling) who require accommodation, MUST book rooms through our sponsor hotels. No other rates (including corporate/ AAA/government rates), discounts, or hotel reward points regardless of how acquired, will be allowed. No exceptions. Rooms must be reserved and booked at the time of player registration. Failure to follow and or circumvent procedures and obligations will result in removal from camps.
